Patriots Complete Golf Season with Conference Tournament
The St. Catharine College golf teams finished the 2013 season this week with the Lee’s Famous Recipe Mid-South Conference Tournament held at Bardstown Country Club at Maywood. It is the third year of a five year commitment made by the Bardstown Famous Recipe restaurant to sponsor the tournament. Read more.
Women Compete in First Tournament
The St. Catharine College golf teams didn’t have to travel far for the first tournament of the year as Brescia University hosted the event at My Old Kentucky Home Golf Course in nearby Bardstown. And the Brescia Bearcats’ men’s team, whose campus is in Owensboro, acted like it was their home course as they topped the two other teams in the field. Read more.
Boyle County Golfer Inks Offer with Patriots
Boyle County High school senior Brianna Cornett recently signed a scholarship offer to continue her golf career at St. Catharine College. Cornett signed with head coach Joan Rizer in a ceremony in the Boyle County library. Read more.
